11/26/2018	Jack Wolf called to let us know they still need to land apply wastewater yet this fall and frost is starting to set in. He asked if they could till the ground and land apply over the top. I told him we were fine with that but asked that they continually monitor the fields as no runoff can occur. Jack was fine with that and said his wastewater staff would be their continuously during application.	TOM ROOS
