11/5/2018 Gastineau, Janet <[email protected]> 10:07 AM (0 minutes ago) to Anne, Christopher, Taroon, Tom Please plan to remove the TOC requirements for the Saylorville treatment plant from the permit [43.6(2)"b"(1)]. Under "table 2-system operating parameters" I can't find anywhere in the rules that says "never to exceed 0.15 NTU" or combined membrane effluent needing to be =0.10 NTU 95% of the time. Where does this come from? Under "table 3-system reporting parameters" the statement "Report number of Turbidity readings taken per day and the number of readings > 0.10 NTU on MOR" should be above 0.15 NTU per 43.11(12)"b"(4). I can't find anything for a 0.10 NTU requirement other than to do with optimization. I also don't know of a requirement for 24 hour FO notification for a turbidity reading >0.15 NTU. This section needs some work to clarify whether this is compliance for individual filter effluent or combined. JANET GASTINEAU
