You do not need to send a revised EDMR back to us as I removed the indicator from this column (just click on the indicator and hit delete to remove it). Indicators are only to be used when there is nothing entered in the same column (you can always add a comment on the cover page if needed). Also, it would help if you put the facility number in the saved name such as DMR_7900104 _0918 for the 9/18 EDMR. Be sure to open your saved EDMR and remove the indicator, save, print and sign and date for Fremont Farms' records. Have a great day!
