10/3/2018	Joe Lally stated that Nick Hunt (Clan Farms 56657) last submitted his NMP in October of 2014 and the NPDES renewal is due in 2019. He asked if the NMP renewal would be due in 2018 or 2019. I advised him that 567 IAC 65.112(8)"g" now reads, "An open feedlot operation must submit a complete nutrient management plan using a new phosphorus index, including soil sampling as required in subrule 65.17(16), for each field in the nutrient management plan a minimum of once every five years, submitting the plan with the NPDES permit renewal application if the open feedlot operation has an NPDES permit."
