9/21/2018	I discussed a 6.5 inch rain over 36 hrs with Larry Stone and Brian Meyer. Mr. Stone noted that all the streams and waterways were full. I informed him that Walz Energy has to hold the first inch and not cause a water quality problem. He stated the turbidity did not look bad coming off Walz, but the amount due to buildings and compacted soil was greater. I phoned Jon Hammon and discussed the situation. Construction will be delayed. Discussed land application of SW. NFA	TOM MCCARTHY
