9/20/2018	Bouslog requested copies of a facility plan approval letter and/or construction permit the department issued this facility but did not provide a timeline when the information would have been issued. Reviewed current facility files, archived files and WWPIE for information and was unable to locate. First NPDES permit was issued to Louis Rich in 1990 but unable to locate files in FO archive. Referred him to DNR Records Section in Des Moines	TERRY JONES
