The form you need is attached and you should work with Ben Hucka, copied here, to get it approved. Ben - Daybreak Foods, Vincent facility in Eagle Grove currently has a land application permit for egg wash water, but it has been a wet year so they want to haul to Eagle Grove. They also plan to tap into the pipeline for the Prestage slaughterhouse so they can get rid of the land application strategy at some point in the future. DAVID MILLER
