9/12/2018	Alida Lee and her husband, Greg, requested a meeting her at FO6 to go over permit requirements and the compliance schedule. Jim Kacer, Terry Jones, and I discussed operator requirements and responsibilities with them. The compliance schedules were reviewed and a general approach to each schedule (chloride & ammonia /E.coli) and the required documentation for each specific item were discussed. Overall treatment options/upgrades and engineering info was discussed as well. Greg and Alida Lee have researched multiple options and will continue to collect additional info and seek input/estimates from multiple engineering firms. A fix for the effluent structure is planned to be implemented after the fall draw down. The facility will likely request a schedule extension to allow for more data collection from the fall and spring discharges.	BRIAN LEE
