9/10/2018	I meet with Julia Rolston and Catie Faylor to discuss their revised operation permit due to the facility's action level exceedances for copper. During the avian flu outbreak, chlorine dioxide was used when the facility was not a PWS(a memo was written by SW on 12/24/2016 summarizing ClO2 use and subsequent removal). The water is softened , some of the sampling sites are low use, and the short use of chlorine dioxide likely all impacted the high copper results. I informed them that they must complete the desktop study and water quality parameter monitoring as required by the permit. I suggested that she speak with Taroon if she has questions. It was also discussed that there will be some building modifications and they will likely replace much of the plumbing. I informed Julia to discuss with Taroon the facility's plan for replacing the building water lines.	CARL BERG
