8/29/2018	Ron called and sent pictures to verify that they started construction at this site. The picture showed a relatively small hole dug by an excavator. I told Ron that this typically would not constitute construction but due to the financial issues that held things up and the wet weather, we wouldn't require resubmittal of CDS and complete MMP. However, I informed him that I plan to drive by the site in a few weeks and if no additional work is done that DNR may require resubmittal of these documents. I activated the site in the AFO database and told Ron that he needed to submit MMP as soon as possible (these had previously been marked inactive when Keith Kratchmer called and reported that they were not going to be built).
