11/2/2009	Tom phoned after receiving the recent Ground Water Rule letter mailed by the Department. We discussed the provisions of the rule related to triggered source water monitoring vs. 4-log virus inactivation. Most supplies will prefer triggered rather than proving 4-log. Also about changing their sampling plan and ensuring that a sample tap exists for the sources.	CURT KRIEGER
