11/2/2009	Dale called, said he'd been out doing his rounds around the facility, and observed a slight fuel sheen near a fuel tank (used to fuel trucks). He pump absorbant booms around the intake and went down gradient and pulled a manhole cover and didn't observe the sheen. Daled called to see if this was a reportable situation. I indicated it could go either way, but since he's taken action and hasn't observed the presense of fuel offsite, just to keep an eye on it and make sure it doesn't get worse. As of today (11/2/09) i haven't heard back from Dale.	KURT LEVETZOW
