8/16/2018	Ron reported that he is hoping to begin construction on this site and the Conrad Finisher before the end of the month, but it is pending due to financial reasons. I told him that construction needs to start by the 28th of August or he will need to resubmit the MMP and CDS. The site is currently inactive in the database, as ISF called after receiving a late MMP letter. Ron plans to call back when he knows for certain that construction will commence, at that time, we will need to "reactivate" the site in the AFO database and he will need to submit the MMP.
