8/15/2018	During a conversation about change of ownership of one of Joe Scallon's other facilities Dane told me that Opal Foods, Neosha, MO had also purchased The Ham and Eggs facility. I informed him that Opal Foods would also be issued an NOV for failure to notify the DNR of change in ownership on this facility and would need to provide all the same paperwork and fees as we had discussed for The Good Eggs facility. He assured me that he would get to work on it right away.	DAN BRATRUD
