7/27/2018	The LP Moon ASR was in recovery mode and the chlorine pump failed, so there was a 14 minute timeframe when no chlorine was being added to the recovered water. However, all water was being directed to the GSR. Following the HSP that draws from the GSR and sends water to the distribution system the chlorine level is boosted to 1 mg/l FAC. Therefore, all water sent to the distribution system had adequate levels of chlorine residual. I asked Kyle to provide documentation of the situation and actions planned to prevent such an event that may result in inadequate levels being sent to the distribution system.	TOM ATKINSON
