7/16/2018 I forwarded the following the complaint that came through EPA Region 7 to the Polk County Health Department ([email protected]: This facility is dumping non biodegradable substances into the drains of the shower, the toilet and sinks, causing a back up of water. Then the water is allowed to stand until black mold has bee created. Numerous homeless people are getting asthma as a result, amongst this, there is rampant abuse and misuse of medication. The Governor of the state had closed down some Mental Hospitals and those ppl are going to homeless shelters, the staff, are NOT trained, are abusing clients, and threatening their safety daily. The whole place needs to have someone step up asap and get control of the madness. BILL GROSS
