6/22/2018	Roger called to find out what would be needed to transfer ownership of the hog farm to a different LLC. Their lawyer advised them to separate it from a manufacturing business they have under the same LLC. I explained in these LLC cases, it is considered a change of ownership so he will need to submit a new MMP and fees. He will check with his plan writer and then likely stop by FO2 to make sure the fees are paid correctly. I reminded him that the manure application easements will need to be changed for the LLC change. He thinks the annual update is due soon, so I said he can bring it all in at the same time then.
