6/22/2018	Cody called as he was confused by the bottles sent to him from the lab for the lead and copper sampling. The boxes each contained 5 bottles but one was labeled due June 30, 18 and the other Dec. 31, 18. I checked the permit and said it looks like a mix up from the lab since the sample dates in the permit were for a set in 2018 & again in 2019. He stated they also did not have a sample plan prepared and he had not seen a copy of the permit. I explained that they needed to complete the sampling plan before taking the samples and sent him a copy along with a copy of the permit since he did not know where it was. I said he should call the lab and review the permit with them to ensure they are getting the correct bottles at the times they need them.	DANIEL WATTERSON
