6/5/2018	Nolan and his plumber called me separately to address the letter that I recently sent regarding two required actions. The plumber is planning to speak with Russ Tell to discuss alternatives to resolve the water supply issue, he indicated that he would follow up with me once a plan has been developed. Nolan indicated that they did cut the tile from the settling tank but did not take pictures. He plans to dig it up again and take pictures to demonstrate that the tile has been cut. Nolan said he could get me the pictures in the next few weeks.	JEREMY KLATT
