5/29/2018	Chris called to report they had an ammonia release due to a leak in a line at approximately 1208. The leak was initial contained to a mechanical room but was automatically released outside by a fan. He was not sure of the amount released. The repairs were ongoing and no more release was expected. I explained this would not be a hazardous condition and would note it as an assistance.	DANIEL WATTERSON
