5/23/2018	Good morning, Erik. As long as there will be no dirt work and you are just adding rip rap, a permit is not required. The rip rap should be between 6-12 inches in diameter and should not be just broken pieces of concrete (i.e. from sidewalk projects). Does this help?	ALISON MANZ
