5/14/2018	I sent them an incomplete for non payment. Melissa said they had paid this. I searched through my deposits and did not find a payment for them in this amount. I went through through the filing and found a copy of a check that came from the central office for this. They kept the payment and sent me a copy of the check and invoice but did not credit the site. I will put this in now. I asked that they send the payments to the field office that is in charge of the site from now on. FO2 for this site.	PHYLLIS MASKARINA
