5/11/2018	I stopped at Sivyer Steel to determine the status of Sivyer Steel given the status of the facility going through bankruptcy and to meet Tonya Burgess's replacement as the environmental coordinator, and that person is Tim Murray. Tim has been at Sivyer for about 1.5 yrs. Tim and I discussed the FO's role in conducting site visits, complaint investigations, compliance inspections, sometimes even spill response. Tim was actively working on finishing the TV EIQ submittal, which was due the end of March. He's working through Tonya's various databases and spreadsheets, so he's confident that next years submittal will be much more smooth and timely. I emailed Tim today (5-11-18) with 2016's Air Quality Compliance Report I conducted, as well as a document Tonya was working on to track some of the issues from that inspection. I also provided a blank version of our AQ master sheet. I'll continue working with Tim to assist him as he's continuing to figure everything out in his new role.	KURT LEVETZOW
