5/11/2018	Terry called for clarification on his new NPDES permit. It states he cannot have a discharge from his SOFEB and production area as it is going to Kooima custom feed. I explained we would use the term discharge in a different sense and as long as effluent was going like it was supposed to across to Kooima Custom, it would not be considered a discharge. Also wanted the new precipitaion conditions explained.	LOIS BENSON
