5/10/2018	Builder has changed design of the building and it will now be 70'x280' instead of the approved 100'x280'. We agreed that a revised CDS will be submitted with changes reflected including revised separation distance maps. John said he would let the builder (EFM Construction/Steve Paris) know. I will make a determination on the allowed start of construction date when reviewing.	BRIAN JERGENSON
