10/29/2009	Cat rescuer. Concerned about green boxes located next to Lansing Power Plant and saving the cats that frequent this area. Wants to put card board boxes or other shelters next to the green boxes to give the cats a place to stay. Doesn't want DNR to force the County to pick up these card board boxes (or matresses) or other shelters. I told her to work with Dave Mooney and to make sure what ever they put in place is attached to the ground, is semi permanent, and doesn't look like trash.	DOUG HAWKER
