5/2/2018	Call from Ms. Daringer, with Shelby County Environmental Health, regarding numerous complaints being received from Harlan residents about the terrible odor coming from the Essentia WW lagoons. I advised Ms. Daringer that the department has no regulations pertaining to odor but that Alison Manz has been working with Essentia to try and eliminate the problem.	JERRY JORDISON
