Onsite Comments

Kill caused by a discharge of approx 1000 gallons of water from local feed/grain company. The water was used to off-gas a 10,500 gallon anydrous ammonia tank that was presumed empty. The water travelled down a drainage ditch and into an unnamed stream. Detailed report on file.
