Onsite Comments

The drainage ditch flows into Mill Creek. The kill began in (Section 33, T96N, R41W) and the fish kill extended downstream 49,134 yards (Section 33, T94N, R41W). The discharge occurred when rain caused runoff from the facility to enter a trench dug to redirect rain from a construction site at Summit Dairy. The runoff then crossed a soybean field and entered the unnamed tributary.
