Onsite Comments

Appears to have been caused by aerial spraying of fungicide. Sample results indicated a concentration of 29ppb of pyraclostrobin. Literature indicates this product is acutely toxic to aquatic life at ~11ppb. No responsible party identified. Appears to be fungicide named Headline. In this case it was both aerial spraying and truck-based spraying.
