It is believed that the fish kill in the Floyd occurred some time during the heavy rains that occurred in the area between 9/8 - 9/14. The kill was reported to us on 9/16 and we investigated 9/17. It is believed that manure runoff may have contributed to the kill however no responsible party was identified.
