Onsite Comments

White Sucker - 10-14 inches - 23 killed.

Report Comments:
When arriving at the location of the reported kill (2826 250th St.), I found a large deep hole below a drive way crossing off of 250th St. containing the observed dead fish. The water appeared off color compared to the nearby streams and found 23 fish. All of the fish were large and most were partially eaten. Of the fish present, the majority identified were White Sucker. The kill appeared to be at least a week old preventing an accurate kill length, number, and species determination. I looked at bridges upstream and downstream and didn’t see any other fish. I meet with Jason Gearhart on-site. No further action was taken by Fisheries.
