Approximately 40,000 pounds of a combination of Phosphate, Potash, and Ammonium Sulfate spilled from atruck rollover. Enough of the material reached the stream to cause fish to die.

Species identifications were possible for all fish carcasses. DNR identified the following species in the kill extent: Longnose,Western Blacknose, and Southern Redbelly Dace, White Sucker, Stoneroller, Johnny Darter, Rainbow Darter, Fantail Darter,Creek Chub, and Brown Trout.
