The following projects are currently advertised for bids. Interested bidders may find general information about each project, as well as printable actual Contract Documents in PDF format. The general information is the same project description provided to Newspapers and by direct mail solicitations. The Contract Documents include the Drawings and the entire Project Manual. Drawings can be printed on any regular or large format printers. The Project Manual includes Proposal Forms, Front End Documents, General and Supplementary Covenants, and Technical specifications. All these are also completely printable.
Effective October 2009, the Department will no longer be responsible for providing hard copy notice to bidders or addenda to either contractors or plan rooms. An email listserv has been created to communicate electronically with vendors currently on file with the DNR. As a member of this listserv, you will receive electronic notice to bidder information on a regular basis.

The department will no longer provide complimentary copies of Plans and Specifications to contractors or sub-contractors after award of the contract. This project consists of removing approximately 200,000 CY of sediment from the upper end, shoreline armoring in various locations, constructing a rock silt dike and constructing an in-lake silt dam.
This project consist of 1,200 Linear Feet of New Class 'E' Shoreline Armoring and 1,300 Linear Feet repairing of existing Shoreline Armoring and any incidental work as required by the D.N.R Field Engineer in Adams, Co. IA
This project consists of the demolition of four (4) existing restroom buildings in the park and installing one (1) new restroom building in a similar location. The restroom building is a pre-cast concrete building, six (6) hole flush restroom. This includes installing ADA sidewalks and parking for access to the new buildings, all earthwork, supplying and installing the new structures and incidental work as required by the project documents and the DNR Inspector.
