The following projects are currently advertised for bids. Interested bidders may find general information about each project, as well as printable actual Contract Documents in PDF format. The general information is the same project description provided to Newspapers and by direct mail solicitations. The Contract Documents include the Drawings and the entire Project Manual. Drawings can be printed on any regular or large format printers. The Project Manual includes Proposal Forms, Front End Documents, General and Supplementary Covenants, and Technical specifications. All these are also completely printable.
Effective October 2009, the Department will no longer be responsible for providing hard copy notice to bidders or addenda to either contractors or plan rooms. An email listserv has been created to communicate electronically with vendors currently on file with the DNR. As a member of this listserv, you will receive electronic notice to bidder information on a regular basis.

This project will address maintenance and repair work needed on the East Restroom and Shower Building in the Clear Lake State Park Campgrounds. Exterior improvements and repairs include but may not be limited to new standing seam metal roof, sanding and refinishing of wood fascias, new aluminum soffits, replacement of door slabs and hardware, cleaning of concrete walk surfaces and split-faced block walls, removal and replacement of sealant joints in walk surface and at building perimeter, removal of drinking fountains and install of new bottle filler, new lighting and photoelectric sensors. Interior improvements and repairs include new epoxy flooring, replacement of vanity countertops and back splashes, replacement of over-mount lavatories, replacement of scald guards, replacement of grab bars, soap dispensers, mirrors, and hand dryers, cleaning and painting of all block walls, FRP wall covering in shower areas, repairing, cleaning and refinishing all wood wall and ceiling surfaces, replacement of toilets, urinals, shower units and plumbing components.

This project, Clear Lake State Park Lodge Repairs, is located just East of the State Park Beach. The building was designed and constructed in the 1930's by the Civilian Conservation Corps. As such, it is historical in nature and renovation work must preserve structure and design elements as much as possible.
The lodge renovation is one of 4 buildings being renovated in 2025-2026 at Clear Lake State Park. The lodge improvements include new resinous flooring in restroom, new restroom fixtures and partitions, restroom remodel to meet ADA compliance requirements, cob blasting and re-finishing existing woodwork, new thermally efficient windows, repaired trim work, replacement or repair of large timber structural members, re-purposing lighting fixtures to function as LED type lighting fixtures, new concrete pad for ADA compliant parking, removal of existing concrete slabs and replacement with new slabs, fireplace brick and chimney stone repairs, new roof gutter system, kitchen renovation with new millwork and appliances, and installation of mini-split HVAC system.
The contractor shall perform or responsibly supervise under sub-contract the following trades: Millwork, Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Masonry, Carpentry, Concrete, Flooring, Windows, Roofing, Painting/Staining.

This project consists of the complete replacement of the Bellevue State Park Lodge Roof. Includes removal/disposal of existing roofing material, old vent pipe removal, deck sheathing repair, roofing underlayment, new roofing material, removal/ replacement/aluminum wrapping of all fascia and rake trim, removal/disposal of existing gutters/downspouts, new 6-inch K-style gutters/downspouts with metal gutter guards and any necessary site clean-up. Installation of roofing insulation is also possible.

This project consists of the removal and replacement of existing roofing/siding metal and trim work. The repair of a header on an 18' wide garage door is also included.
