The following projects are currently advertised for bids. Interested bidders may find general information about each project, as well as printable actual Contract Documents in PDF format. The general information is the same project description provided to Newspapers and by direct mail solicitations. The Contract Documents include the Drawings and the entire Project Manual. Drawings can be printed on any regular or large format printers. The Project Manual includes Proposal Forms, Front End Documents, General and Supplementary Covenants, and Technical specifications. All these are also completely printable.
Effective October 2009, the Department will no longer be responsible for providing hard copy notice to bidders or addenda to either contractors or plan rooms. An email listserv has been created to communicate electronically with vendors currently on file with the DNR. As a member of this listserv, you will receive electronic notice to bidder information on a regular basis.

The department will no longer provide complimentary copies of Plans and Specifications to contractors or sub-contractors after award of the contract. MERCER WETLAND WATER CONTROL STRUCTURE REPLACEMENT

This project consists of removing the existing CMP water control structure and installing a reinforced concrete box drop inlet and smooth metal pipe spillway.
Lake Manawa has a law enforcement boat storage building that isn't large enough or tall enough for their new, modern boats. This 40x48 addition will add the storage space and overhead door heights needed to get the larger boats under a roof. The project will be a post-frame structure with four (4) overhead doors and storage loft in the rear of the building.
This project consists of pavement preservation/roadway maintenance by patching and seal coating asphalt roads and placing crushed rock surfacing as directed by DNR Field Engineer at Union Grove State Park.

This project is designed to repair surface drainage issues and add granular surfacing to an access roadway and parking lot at the Diamond Lake Wildlife Management Area (WMA) in Dickinson, County. Work under this project includes blading and shaping of the existing granular roadway to establish positive drainage, and installation of Class "A" stone surfacing.
