The following projects are currently advertised for bids. Interested bidders may find general information about each project, as well as printable actual Contract Documents in PDF format. The general information is the same project description provided to Newspapers and by direct mail solicitations. The Contract Documents include the Drawings and the entire Project Manual. Drawings can be printed on any regular or large format printers. The Project Manual includes Proposal Forms, Front End Documents, General and Supplementary Covenants, and Technical specifications. All these are also completely printable.
Effective October 2009, the Department will no longer be responsible for providing hard copy notice to bidders or addenda to either contractors or plan rooms. An email listserv has been created to communicate electronically with vendors currently on file with the DNR. As a member of this listserv, you will receive electronic notice to bidder information on a regular basis.

The Department will be utilizing the vendor Beeline and Blue to provide printed copies of Plans and Specifications and Addenda upon request. The department will no longer provide complimentary copies of Plans and Specifications to contractors or sub-contractors after award of the contract. The existing roof structure on Rathbun hatchery residences are poorly designed and allow water to infiltrate below the window line on the clearstory area. This project will remove the entire roof and redesign the structure, some of the interior walls will be reconfigured. Wall sheathing will be removed and mold abated, then sheathed with new gypsum board.
This project consists of the demolition of the existing shower building in the campground and installing one new shower building in the same location. This includes installing ADA sidewalks for access to the new buildings, all earthwork, supplying and installing the new structures and incidental work as required by the project documents and the DNR Inspector at Backbone State Park in Delaware County, IA.

DEMOLITION OF EXISTING SHOWER BUILDING AND SIDEWALKS
This project consists of the demolition of the existing shower building in the campground and installing one new shower building in the same location. This project consists of grading and placing crushed rock for an access road, parking lot, and maneuver area along with construction of two concrete boat ramps and other incidental work as required by the DNR construction inspector.
This project consist of excavating a channel along the existing dam to increase the maximum depth of this waterbody to historical conditions and also excavating a channel from the boat ramp to the main lake to provide easier access for boat traffic.
This project consists of replacing a sanitary sewer lift station control panel and raising the site approximately 4' by earth fill to bring the new control panel and power converter above flood stage. Project is located in Lake Darling State Park in Washington County, Iowa.
ESTIMATED QUANTITIES:

Project consists of replacing sewer line from two dump stations to sewer main manhole and removal & replacement of pavement at Clear Lake State Park, Cerro Gordo Co., Iowa. Proposal & plan may be obtain by email.
