The general information is the same project description provided to Newspapers and by direct mail solicitations. The Contract Documents include the Drawings and the entire Project Manual. Drawings can be printed on any regular or large format printers. The Project Manual includes Proposal Forms, Front End Documents, General and Supplementary Covenants, and Technical specifications. All these are also completely printable.

The proposed project consists of a bituminous fog seal, painted pavement markings, patching, longitudinal and transverse joint repair, cleaning and filling cracks (pavement maintenance) and the installation of inlet covers.
The Contractor shall demolish the concrete slab on the rear of the lodge building. The contractor shall repoint the existing stone breeze-way walls, pour a new slab on the in the area which was demolished. The contractor shall also chink areas around the lodge, demolish and rebuild the pump house and restore some other miscellaneous areas.
This project consists of the construction of a one story, pre-engineered structural insulated panel (SIP) building with standing seam metal roofing and cement board siding, approximately 45' x 80', including two heated bays, a mechanical/electrical room, one restroom, a conference room, open office area and a storage room with a new fuel tank and pad as shown. The work also includes concrete and class "A" crushed stone paving, concrete paving, demolition of existing buildings, septic sewer, water and electrical services. Also, the contractor shall erect a 40' x 80' post-frame storage building with loft shall be on site.

This project consists of installing streambank stabilization and a portland cement concrete boat ramp on the North Raccoon River, located in Sac County, Iowa and includes grading, placing riprap along river banks, installing toe wood for streambank stabilization, installing rock vanes and J-hooks, and installing a reinforced portland cement concrete boat ramp onto the North Raccoon River.
This project consists of constructing three sediment ponds, rehabilitating two existing sediment ponds, pedestrian trail construction, bioswale construction, and stream mitigation work.
This project consists of installing roughly 2600 LF. of PVC water main along with 765 LF of the feeder pipe. Also to improve the efficiency of the system, low friction PVC pipe will be used with multiple new gate valves for a better control of the system.

The Contractor shall make repairs on the lodge and Calumet shelter. One of the lodge's chimneys is leaking and in need of a cap to mitigate the water. Also, siding on the rear of the building is rotten and needing replacement. The shelter's columns are rotten and in need of repair, they will be cut and placed on a new stone plinth. Also, the restroom siding is rotten and in need of replacement. As an alternate, the south entry portal shall be repointed, cleaned and restored.
The Contractor shall remove all existing wood timbers of the Gull Point State Park Entry Portal Gates. The strapping associated with the timbers shall be salvaged and used in the new gates. New 12" diameter timbers will be install in the same configuration as the originals and the salvaged hardware reinstalled. The contractor will stain the timbers and finish the gates then clean the stone monument.

This project is designed provide a new pit vault latrine at the boat ramp parking area of Lewis & Clark State Park in Monona County, Iowa. Work under this project includes supply and setting of an "Iowa Standard" single precast concrete pit latrine. Other work included in the contract would be excavation for the building, dewatering, installation of granular base material, and a connecting PCC sidewalk with detectable warning panels.
