The following projects are currently advertised for bids. Interested bidders may find general information about each project, as well as printable actual Contract Documents in PDF format. The general information is the same project description provided to Newspapers and by direct mail solicitations. The Contract Documents include the Drawings and the entire Project Manual. Drawings can be printed on any regular or large format printers. The Project Manual includes Proposal Forms, Front End Documents, General and Supplementary Covenants, and Technical specifications. All these are also completely printable.
Effective October 2009, the Department will no longer be responsible for providing hard copy notice to bidders or addenda to either contractors or plan rooms. An email listserv has been created to communicate electronically with vendors currently on file with the DNR. As a member of this listserv, you will receive electronic notice to bidder information on a regular basis.

The department will no longer provide complimentary copies of Plans and Specifications to contractors or sub-contractors after award of the contract. This project includes the demolition of electrical equipment at the conservation education center at Springbrook State Park. It also includes the installation of conduit and feeders to reconnect wastewater lagoons and a storage building to a new electric service provided by the Guthrie County Regional Electric Cooperative. The education center consists of 5 buildings and will be completely demolished in the future.

This project consists of the complete replacement of the Bellevue State Park Lodge Roof. Includes removal/disposal of existing roofing material, old vent pipe removal, deck sheathing repair, ice and water barrier, roofing underlayment, new roofing material, removal/ replacement/aluminum wrapping of all fascia and rake trim, removal/disposal of existing gutters/downspouts, new 6-inch K-style gutters/downspouts with metal gutter guards and any necessary site clean-up.

This project will address maintenance and repair work needed on the Beach Side Restroom Building in the Clear Lake State Park Campgrounds. Exterior improvements and repairs include but may not be limited to new standing seam metal roof, sanding and refinishing of wood fascias, beams, columns and soffits, replacement of exterior door slabs and hardware, replacement of outdoor shower tower unit, cleaning of concrete walk surfaces and split-faced block walls, removal and replacement of sealant joints in walk surface and at building perimeter, removal of drinking fountain and install of new bottle filler, new lighting and photo sensor. Interior improvements and repairs include repair, cleaning and finishing of clay tile floors, replacement of vanity countertops and back splashes, replacement of over-mount lavatories, replacement of scald guards, replacement of grab bars, soap dispensers, mirrors, and hand dryers, cleaning and painting of all block walls, repairing, cleaning and refinishing all wood wall and ceiling surfaces, replacement of urinal and components.

Work consists of removing existing shingles on the store/shelter, restroom and kiosk and replacing with metal shakes. Gutters will be added to areas around the store front, shelter access and restrooms.
Work consists of clearing and grubbing along stream and east of existing structure. Streambank reshaping and rock revetment. Removal of existing ag fence and installing new ag fence. Removing and installing new CMP. Grading for drainage.
The Ranger's house has been abandoned and the house, foundations, floors, and miscellaneous associated items need to be demolished and disposed of offsite. The contractor shall provide all materials, labor, and equipment necessary to complete this work as well as fill the foundation void with contractor-furnished soil placed and compacted to match surrounding ground.
