The following projects are currently advertised for bids. Interested bidders may find general information about each project, as well as printable actual Contract Documents in PDF format. The general information is the same project description provided to Newspapers and by direct mail solicitations. The Contract Documents include the Drawings and the entire Project Manual. Drawings can be printed on any regular or large format printers. The Project Manual includes Proposal Forms, Front End Documents, General and Supplementary Covenants, and Technical specifications. All these are also completely printable.
Effective October 2009, the Department will no longer be responsible for providing hard copy notice to bidders or addenda to either contractors or plan rooms. An email listserv has been created to communicate electronically with vendors currently on file with the DNR. As a member of this listserv, you will receive electronic notice to bidder information on a regular basis.

The Department will be utilizing the vendor Beeline and Blue to provide printed copies of Plans and Specifications and Addenda upon request. The department will no longer provide complimentary copies of Plans and Specifications to contractors or sub-contractors after award of the contract. This project consists of the demolition of an existing shower building in the campground, installing a new shower building in the same location, and constructing a new campsite near the shower building. Work includes installing ADA sidewalks and parking for access to the new building, all earthwork, supplying and installing the new structures and incidental work as required by the project documents and the IDNR Inspector at Beeds Lake State Park in Marion County, Iowa.

This project consists of placement of riprap in a headcut to stop erosion. The riprap will be grouted into place with revetment grout. Send an email to request plans.

This project consists of filling the existing CMP spillway with flowable mortal, installing a new 14" diameter SMP spillway, reshaping the emergency spillway, and incidental work as required by the DNR Engineer.
PALISADES KEPLAR STATE PARK LODGE IS OVERRUN WITH BATS, THIS PROJECT IS TO CLEAN THE INTERIOR OF THE LODGE AND THEN PROCEED TO BAT-PROOF THE ENTIRE STRUCTURE INSIDE AND OUT. A ONE YEAR WARRANTY WITH A TEN YEAR MAINTENANCE PLAN SHALL BE REQUIRED FOR THIS PROJECT.
