The following projects are currently advertised for bids. Interested bidders may find general information about each project, as well as printable actual Contract Documents in PDF format. The general information is the same project description provided to Newspapers and by direct mail solicitations. The Contract Documents include the Drawings and the entire Project Manual. Drawings can be printed on any regular or large format printers. The Project Manual includes Proposal Forms, Front End Documents, General and Supplementary Covenants, and Technical specifications. All these are also completely printable.
Effective October 2009, the Department will no longer be responsible for providing hard copy notice to bidders or addenda to either contractors or plan rooms. An email listserv has been created to communicate electronically with vendors currently on file with the DNR. As a member of this listserv, you will receive electronic notice to bidder information on a regular basis.

The Department will be utilizing the vendor Beeline and Blue to provide printed copies of Plans and Specifications and Addenda upon request. The department will no longer provide complimentary copies of Plans and Specifications to contractors or sub-contractors after award of the contract. This project consists of installing a precast water control structure at the North Intake Area, replace the pump located at the south end, minor grading and rock placement near the pump, and retrofit the outlet structure fish screen at Little Storm Lake.
This project consists of patching, crack and joint cleaning and filling on PCC pavement, installing signs, PCC paving a side road return, placing shoulder rock and a double chip seal on an HMA road at Volga River State Recreation Area in Fayette County.
Project includes construction of four retention ponds and one dry sediment pond including smooth steel outlet pipes and an outlet control structure located within Pleasant Creek State Recreation Area.
This project consists of filling/sealing cracks (weed removal) and applying a two coat chip seal to
approximately 0.9 miles of 22-foot wide HMA roadway.
This project consists of mechanically dredging the lake, armoring the shoreline with stone revetment, rebuilding the south boat ramp and parking lot, constructing a granular surfaced fishing trail, constructing two fishing jetties, fish habitat placement, and replacing one section of the north boat ramp.
