The following projects are currently advertised for bids. Interested bidders may find general information about each project, as well as printable actual Contract Documents in PDF format. The general information is the same project description provided to Newspapers and by direct mail solicitations. The Contract Documents include the Drawings and the entire Project Manual. Drawings can be printed on any regular or large format printers. The Project Manual includes Proposal Forms, Front End Documents, General and Supplementary Covenants, and Technical specifications. All these are also completely printable.
Effective October 2009, the Department will no longer be responsible for providing hard copy notice to bidders or addenda to either contractors or plan rooms. An email listserv has been created to communicate electronically with vendors currently on file with the DNR. As a member of this listserv, you will receive electronic notice to bidder information on a regular basis.

The Department will be utilizing the vendor Beeline and Blue to provide printed copies of Plans and Specifications and Addenda upon request. The department will no longer provide complimentary copies of Plans and Specifications to contractors or sub-contractors after award of the contract. Red Haw State Park was hit by a tornado in the spring of 2021. A few of the shelters were destroyed in this storm and this project will replace some of that lost infrastructure. This project will demolish two building slabs and foundations, and the large concrete beach building in it's entirety. This project is for a new Parks Design Guide shelter and ADA parking at the nearest possible location with a short sidewalk to the shelter location.
This project consists of constructing a gravel parking lot and boat ramp with a PCC parking space and removing the existing CMP water control structure and installing a reinforced concrete water control structure and pipe.
This project consists of granular roadway maintenance - blading/shaping, spreading new rock, ditch cleaning, shoulder work, the replacement of one culvert and the installation of one new culvert.

This project consists of installing one 90 HP axial propeller pump into the existing pump station. Installation includes all necessary hardware, wire, and connections to the existing motor control center.
This project consists of constructing five sediment ponds, three in-lake forebays, mechanically dredging the main lake basin, shoreline armoring, streambank stabilization, and modifying the principal spillway stoplog system.
