The following projects are currently advertised for bids. Interested bidders may find general information about each project, as well as printable actual Contract Documents in PDF format. The general information is the same project description provided to Newspapers and by direct mail solicitations. The Contract Documents include the Drawings and the entire Project Manual. Drawings can be printed on any regular or large format printers. The Project Manual includes Proposal Forms, Front End Documents, General and Supplementary Covenants, and Technical specifications. All these are also completely printable.
Effective October 2009, the Department will no longer be responsible for providing hard copy notice to bidders or addenda to either contractors or plan rooms. An email listserv has been created to communicate electronically with vendors currently on file with the DNR. As a member of this listserv, you will receive electronic notice to bidder information on a regular basis.

The Department will be utilizing the vendor Beeline and Blue to provide printed copies of Plans and Specifications and Addenda upon request. The department will no longer provide complimentary copies of Plans and Specifications to contractors or sub-contractors after award of the contract. This project consists of clearing and grubbing of all vegetation within the project grading boundaries. Earthwork consists of approximately 2600 CY and 265 ton Cl. 'A' crushed stone. Contractor to salvage the gate posts & cable, parking lot boundary rocks, and place back as per plan. Any trees/vegetation removed shall be disposed of properly off-site. Project is located near Dorchester and the site address is 565 Waterloo Creek Drive in Allamakee co. Iowa.

This project consists of pouring concrete for 1 parking stall for ADA parking along with a 25' sidewalk. Also included is painted pavement markings and an ADA parking sign.

Earthwork consists of approximately 2300 CY and 191 ton of Class 'A' crushed stone. Sites are along Middle Hesper Road & Fox Hollow Road in Winneshiek Co. Iowa.

BLACK HAWK MARSH & SAC CITY ACCESS ROAD MAINTENANCE

This project is designed to repair drainage issues and add granular surfacing to the roadways at Black Hawk Marsh and Sac City Access wildlife areas in Sac County, Iowa. Work under this project includes blading and shaping of the existing granular roadways, along with installation of Macadam & Class "A" stone surfacing.
