The following projects are currently advertised for bids. Interested bidders may find general information about each project, as well as printable actual Contract Documents in PDF format. The general information is the same project description provided to Newspapers and by direct mail solicitations. The Contract Documents include the Drawings and the entire Project Manual. Drawings can be printed on any regular or large format printers. The Project Manual includes Proposal Forms, Front End Documents, General and Supplementary Covenants, and Technical specifications. All these are also completely printable.
Effective October 2009, the Department will no longer be responsible for providing hard copy notice to bidders or addenda to either contractors or plan rooms. An email listserv has been created to communicate electronically with vendors currently on file with the DNR. As a member of this listserv, you will receive electronic notice to bidder information on a regular basis.

The Department will be utilizing the vendor Beeline and Blue to provide printed copies of Plans and Specifications and Addenda upon request. The department will no longer provide complimentary copies of Plans and Specifications to contractors or sub-contractors after award of the contract. This project consists of a crack and seat overlay on South Shore Drive at Manawa State Park and pavement maintenance on roads near the beach parking lot. Work to include double reinforced PCC pavement over two existing culverts, crack and seat, HMA overlay 2.13 miles of existing PCC, paint markings and granular fillet on both sides of the new pavement surface of South Shore Drive. Patch, clean and seal cracks, and fog seal 0.36 miles of existing HMA roads near the beach parking lot.

This project consists of installing a precast water control structure at the North Intake Area, replace the pump located at the south end, minor grading and rock placement near the pump, and retrofit the outlet structure fish screen at Little Storm Lake.
This project consists of striping the parking lot, replacing two sections of permeable brick pavers with concrete, constructing an ADA curb ramp to the ramp dock, removing and disposal of the fish cleaning station, reconfiguring and relocating the courtesy dock, and installing ADA parking signage.
This project consists of patching and a double chip seal of approximately 0.85 miles of HMA pavement of varying widths at Badger Creek State Recreation Area in Madison County.

This project consists of patching, crack cleaning and sealing, fog sealing and placing roadway and shoulder rock at Dolliver Memorial State Park in Webster County.
This project consists of disposing of the existing playground sand, installing tile, minor grading, construction of a concrete parking space, and replacement of a sidewalk. The DNR will furnish and install all playground equipment.
Project includes repairing 17 pavilion columns, removing and replacing pavilion pavement, constructing an ADA
accessible parking area and a new sidewalk from the parking area to the pavilion.
