The following projects are currently advertised for bids. Interested bidders may find general information about each project, as well as printable actual Contract Documents in PDF format. The general information is the same project description provided to Newspapers and by direct mail solicitations. The Contract Documents include the Drawings and the entire Project Manual. Drawings can be printed on any regular or large format printers. The Project Manual includes Proposal Forms, Front End Documents, General and Supplementary Covenants, and Technical specifications. All these are also completely printable.
Effective October 2009, the Department will no longer be responsible for providing hard copy notice to bidders or addenda to either contractors or plan rooms. An email listserv has been created to communicate electronically with vendors currently on file with the DNR. As a member of this listserv, you will receive electronic notice to bidder information on a regular basis.

This project encompasses sediment removal in and around the Park, which was deposited by recent flooding. The project will involve grading of the existing campground to improve drainage and reduce negative impacts of future flooding; minor adjustments to accommodate new features, resurfacing of existing camp pads, upgrading electrical service within the campground area, installation of A new RV dump station and onsite wastewater systems, construction of new roads to improve camp site access and general traffic flow in the park, utility work in and around the area, construction of a new office/shop building along with an onsite wastewater treatment system, as well as utility work in and around the area, and completion of other miscellaneous work as described in detail in the Plans and Specifications.

THIS INTERPRETIVE KIOSK WILL ASSIST PARK VISITORS WITH WAY-FINDING, INTERPRETIVE ANALYSIS AND EXPLANATION OF PARK FEATURES. THIS NEW DESIGN IS PART OF THE NEW PARKS DESIGN GUIDE WHICH WILL FIT WITH THE NEW PARK IMAGE FOR IOWA. THESE WILL BE LOCATED AT EB LYONS NATURE CENTER ON THE NEW WOODLAND WALK TRAIL IN DUBUQUE COUNTY, IOWA.
CONTRACTOR SHALL BE PRESENT ON SITE FOR THE DAY OF THE BUILD WITH THEIR MASON (SEPTEMBER 4, 2013 FROM 12:00PM - FINISH). CONTRACTOR SHALL PROVIDE ALL TOOLS, MATERIALS AND EQUIPMENT NECESSARY TO COMPLETE THE PROJECT ON THE "BUILD DAY". THE CONTRACTOR SHALL CONSTRUCT THE KIOSK AND DISASSEBLE PRIOR TO THE "BUILD DAY" TO ENSURE QUALITY CONSTRUCTION.

This project involves paving a boat ramp, placement of riprap near the boat ramp, and incidental items as required by the project documents and the IDNR Construction Inspector at Waubonsie State Park in Fremont County, Iowa.
