The following projects are currently advertised for bids. Interested bidders may find general information about each project, as well as printable actual Contract Documents in PDF format. The general information is the same project description provided to Newspapers and by direct mail solicitations. The Contract Documents include the Drawings and the entire Project Manual. Drawings can be printed on any regular or large format printers. The Project Manual includes Proposal Forms, Front End Documents, General and Supplementary Covenants, and Technical specifications. All these are also completely printable.
Effective October 2009, the Department will no longer be responsible for providing hard copy notice to bidders or addenda to either contractors or plan rooms. An email listserv has been created to communicate electronically with vendors currently on file with the DNR. As a member of this listserv, you will receive electronic notice to bidder information on a regular basis.

INSTALL A NEW 6’ HIGH COMMERCIAL GRADE CHAIN LINK FENCE
This project consists of removal of the existing campground camp pads and electric and installing new gravel camp pads and electric services at Red Haw State Park in Lucas County.
The base project consists of gravity sewer installation from the restroom building to the grinder pump station, two RV sewer connections, sanitary sewer service connections, chain link fencing, campground grinder pump station and controls, and approximately 2.5 miles of force main and appurtenances. Alternate #1 includes adding 13 RV sewer connections. Alternate #2 includes adding 19 RV sewer connections. Alternate #3 includes adding a grinder pump station and gravity sewer from the existing maintenance building sewer service stub to the grinder pump station.
Project includes replacement of approximately 140 LF of 42” dia. CMP culverts with aprons at Fish Lake Road in the Green Island Wildlife Management Area, Jackson County, Iowa.
WETLAND RESTORATION AND WATER QUALITY IMPROVEMENTS

This project is designed to create two new wetland pool areas and repair two existing wetland dikes with water control structures at the Kettleson Hogsback Wetland Complex in Dickinson County, Iowa. Work under this project includes earthfill (dike construction), excavation (spillway and channels), tile investigation, tile breaks, tile/pipe installation (multiple sizes), and several water control structures.

Project includes placement of approximately 158 SY of PCC parking lot on 6” thick granular subbase. Also includes resetting an existing pre-cast concrete pit toilet at new new elevation.
This project consists of removing two existing fuel tanks and replacing them with two 300 gallon tanks, double wall, with all necessary electrical, pumps, gauges, vents, caps, drain plugs, overspill containment and decals.
