The following projects are currently advertised for bids. Interested bidders may find general information about each project, as well as printable actual Contract Documents in PDF format. The general information is the same project description provided to Newspapers and by direct mail solicitations. The Contract Documents include the Drawings and the entire Project Manual. Drawings can be printed on any regular or large format printers. The Project Manual includes Proposal Forms, Front End Documents, General and Supplementary Covenants, and Technical specifications. All these are also completely printable.
Effective October 2009, the Department will no longer be responsible for providing hard copy notice to bidders or addenda to either contractors or plan rooms. An email listserv has been created to communicate electronically with vendors currently on file with the DNR. As a member of this listserv, you will receive electronic notice to bidder information on a regular basis.

The Department will be utilizing the vendor Beeline and Blue to provide printed copies of Plans and Specifications and Addenda upon request. The department will no longer provide complimentary copies of Plans and Specifications to contractors or sub-contractors after award of the contract. This project includes finishing interior spaces of existing wood framed pole structure building and minor site improvements. The building is divided into two areas, a heated storage area and an office area. The heated storage area is complete, but will need opener/sensors installed for overhead door and service sink installed. Electrical panels for entire building are on this side of building. The office side is unfinished with exposed wood framing throughout. Walls and roof deck have had expanding spray foam thermal insulation applied. Plumbing in the restroom has been run and is stubbed out in correct locations. The restroom will receive new toilet, ADA shower stall, lavatory and counter top with base cabinet, new finished wall and ceiling coverings, lighting, switches, and receptacles per plan. The mechanical room will receive new central furnace and A/C unit with minimal ducting to adjacent spaces, tank water heater, plumbing service lines, lighting, switches, receptacles, and metal liner panel wall covering. The office area and open storage mezzanine will receive metal liner panel on walls and ceiling, lighting fixtures, switches, receptacles. Site improvements include ADA compliant concrete pad near entry, new frost protected entry stoop, rerouted electrical service line to existing concrete pad with new electrical service box.
Project includes constructing approximately 700 LF of new levee with 6,935 CY of Class 10 excavation onsite and 3,005 CY of fill material to be brought in from offsite.

This project consists of HMA pavement maintenance - pavement repair, slurry leveling, subdrain tile
installation, patching, two-coat chip seal and a fog seal.
The intent of this project is to increase the length of the existing boat ramp by twenty feet by pushing the existing lower further into the river and pouring a new section in place.
