The following projects are currently advertised for bids. Interested bidders may find general information about each project, as well as printable actual Contract Documents in PDF format. The general information is the same project description provided to Newspapers and by direct mail solicitations. The Contract Documents include the Drawings and the entire Project Manual.  Drawings can be printed on any regular or large format printers. The Project Manual includes Proposal Forms,  Front End Documents, General and Supplementary Covenants, and Technical specifications. All these are also completely printable.

Effective October 2009, the Department will no longer be responsible for providing hard copy notice to bidders or addenda to either contractors or plan rooms. An email listserv has been created to communicate electronically with vendors currently on file with the DNR. As a member of this listserv, you will receive electronic notice to bidder information on a regular basis. To subscribe to this list, click here.

The Department will be utilizing the vendor Beeline and Blue to provide printed copies of Plans and Specifications and Addenda upon request. The department will no longer provide complimentary copies of Plans and Specifications to contractors or sub-contractors after award of the contract. DOCK IMPROVEMENTS

   This project consists of relocation of the northerly dock from the existing access walkway, including new anchorages; repairs to the existing dock; and the installation two new floating wave attenuators (FWA). The purpose of this project is to store and reinforce the structural integrity of the existing docks and relocate the northerly docks to a more protected position relative to the installation of new wave attenuators to reduce future wave action and subsequent damage to the docks.

   The Blue Lake Fish Barrier System project is designed to add fish barrier systems at 3 critical rough fish passage locations on Blue Lake in Monona County. Work under this contract will include removal of some existing systems (culverts, sheetpile) and installation of new systems along with some wetland excavation. The new systems will consist of rock type fish barriers, and/or traveling fish screens on culvert systems. The wetland excavation will be removed from the existing basin and placed on adjacent property as spoil.

JOHNSON -- PROJECT # 15-06-52-03                4/23/2015                Small Project Letting
LAKE MACBRIDE STATE PARK
FUEL BARREL REPLACEMENT
Proposal Guarantee: $0
Completion Date: 6/26/2015

   This project consists of removing four existing fuel tanks at two locations and replacing them with two 500 gallon tanks, double wall, split 250/250 with all necessary gauges, vents, caps, drain plugs, overspill containment and decals. All wiring is to be explosion proof. Two Gasboy 72-S fuel pumps are to be included with the tank. Tanks shall be delivered and installed. Installation includes electrical hookup. Tanks shall be bolted down to concrete pads of sufficient size, to be poured by the contractor at approximately the same locations as the existing tanks (C4 mix, 6" think, reinforced with #4 bars at 18 inches on center). Tank must meet all applicable codes for outside fuel storage tanks. Any permits necessary will be the responsibility of the contractor. The existing fuel tanks may be moved, but must remain in service until the new tanks are operational. Existing concrete walls, pads and bollards are also to be removed and disposed of by the contractor.
