The following projects are currently advertised for bids. Interested bidders may find general information about each project, as well as printable actual Contract Documents in PDF format. The general information is the same project description provided to Newspapers and by direct mail solicitations. The Contract Documents include the Drawings and the entire Project Manual. Drawings can be printed on any regular or large format printers. The Project Manual includes Proposal Forms, Front End Documents, General and Supplementary Covenants, and Technical specifications. All these are also completely printable.
Effective October 2009, the Department will no longer be responsible for providing hard copy notice to bidders or addenda to either contractors or plan rooms. An email listserv has been created to communicate electronically with vendors currently on file with the DNR. As a member of this listserv, you will receive electronic notice to bidder information on a regular basis.

Precast Right Hand Single Vault Building With Solar Light
CONSTRUCTION OF A RIP-RAP ROCK CHUTE FOR CREATION/ENHANCEMENT OF WETLAND AREA. THE PROJECT SHALL INCLUDE EARTHWORK AND IMPLEMENT CONCRETE GROUT, GEOTEXTILE FABRIC, CORRUGATED METAL PIPES, SEEDING, FERTILIZING, AND MULCHING
This project consists of installing a new pre-fabricated equestrian bridge over the spillway, fence reconstruction, grading, seeding all disturbed areas located at Brushy Creek State Park in Webster County, Iowa.
This project is for the purchase and installation of a precast concrete pit latrine at the beach boat ramp area of Big Creek State Park. The building shall be a right hand CXT Cascadian style structure or equal. Installation includes the excavation for the pit and backfill after the erection of the building. The delivery and erection of the building is a part of this contract. Walkway to the drive will be by Park staff.

This project is for the demolition of two existing concrete block and wood framed restroom buildings at the beach area of Big Creek State Park in Polk County, Iowa.

The scope of this project includes the removal and replacement of failed sections of concrete at 3 separate boat ramp sites in the Iowa Great Lakes area, Dickinson Co., IA. Site #1 - Tri Boji Access involves removal and replacement of a boat ramp section and some adjacent sidewalk. Site #2 - Marble Beach Access involves removal and replacement of a boat ramp section and installation of Rip Rap protection. Site #3 - Mini Wakan Access involves removal and replacement of a section of walk between the two ramps.
