The following projects are currently advertised for bids. Interested bidders may find general information about each project, as well as printable actual Contract Documents in PDF format. The general information is the same project description provided to Newspapers and by direct mail solicitations. The Contract Documents include the Drawings and the entire Project Manual. Drawings can be printed on any regular or large format printers. The Project Manual includes Proposal Forms, Front End Documents, General and Supplementary Covenants, and Technical specifications. All these are also completely printable.
Effective October 2009, the Department will no longer be responsible for providing hard copy notice to bidders or addenda to either contractors or plan rooms. An email listserv has been created to communicate electronically with vendors currently on file with the DNR. As a member of this listserv, you will receive electronic notice to bidder information on a regular basis.

The department will no longer provide complimentary copies of Plans and Specifications to contractors or sub-contractors after award of the contract. The Iowa Department of Natural Resources, at Big Creek State Park, is seeking quotes for repairing an existing lift station. The scope of work is to remove vegetative growth, repair cracks in the side walls of the lift station, and to seal the pit from future infiltration and potential structural damage.

This project is designed to replace the existing shoreline riprap along 585' of shoreline with new Class "E" riprap in the campground. Site Restoration is required on all disturbed areas.

Project consists of removing and disposing of the existing air filter system, furnishing and installing a new desiccant air dryer system that is compatible with existing air compressor, existing 80-gallon vertical tank, and existing air-cooled aftercooler. Existing equipment is housed in a shed at the end of a cul-de-sac on 260yh Street, east of Jay Avenue intersection, near Allison, Butler County Iowa.
This project is designed to restore/enhance six wetland areas on the 4 Mile Lake Wetland Area in Dickinson County, Iowa. Work under this project includes earthfill (dike construction), excavation (channel/spillway), shallow water excavation, tile investigation, tile breaks, tile installation, and a water control structure with associated piping.
